Usually extremely pleased with quality of salon, staff have always been friendly from start to finish but I was very disappointed with my last visit to the salon just under a week ago. One member of staff was very rude during the duration of my treatment and Ive never felt so rushed, I understand that over the Christmas period the books are crazy busy, but that shouldnt affect the standard of customer service . Quality of nails was not up to usual standard, shellac gel seems thin and is already chipping away, very unimpressed.
Nipped in here on Monday on the off chance they had a few minutes to tidy up my brows within a 30 minute time slot as I was visiting the library 2 doors down. If im honest I had no expectations of being fitted in but they saw me straight away which was a great help because I had a Christmas meal on the Wednesday after. They saved me a lot of stress, the threading was a tad painful but i was cold and I have never had threading before and I had it done on the advice of the therapist. So thank you girls, I will be back when I have more time for more treatments . Merry Christmas.
