Phone system is a joke, unclear options sent me around in circles. Eventually got through to someone to be told the dept i need is closed, despite advertised opening hours saying open?

Absolutely discusted with the service at Days Neath, brought my car here for its first service in perfect condition and picked it up with a big chunk out of my diamond cut alloys (which they tried to add in to my paperwork) I checked my car before I left as I work in the car trade myself and know what accidents can accrue whilst in the workshop. I keep my vehicle In immaculate condition and only ever drive it once a week on my day off as I use my company vehicle. I confronted the service manager about this and he denied all responsibility and told me that I must of done it. There are 4-5 deep marks inside the alloy wheel (which to me could on have been done buy a tool or dropped. I have asked several mechanics and even a paint shop and they told me exactly the same thing) Im a single parent who now has the bill of refurbishing a diamond cut alloy and days didnt even seem bothered about it. The vehicle has been back for the 3rd time to have the seat tilt handle fixed on my car with less than 6 thousand miles on it. Myself and my family have bought numerous brand new cars from this site but will never ever go there again!!!! Thanks again for your unhelpful and unsympathetic attitude
