Started of great, good van lots of spec for that money. Then it went a bit strange few days before wanted proof of Insurace on the van so the courier could deliver it. So done no issues on day of delivery told van should be with us for lunch time, eventually turns up at 17:30 as it had been driven from Colechester to west midland so had 500 delivery miles on the van. No issue it is what it is. Issue 1A few weeks later penalty from the delivery day for driving in a bus lane in ESSEX. Spoke to Debbie and explained we didnt get the van until after this etc and asked me to send the form over she would sort this. Two weeks later final demand received from council as it hadnt been sorted, calm Debbie again ok will make sure it sorted. Week later still northing so Chased for proof it had been resolved. Issue 2As we tow bits for work we needed some extra plates for the new van but didnt have the log book so gave Debbie a call to ask where it is / how long will it take. Her response was it with the lender, quick call to them and they say its not it should have been send To is, back on phone to Debbie oh I am not sure then. Few days later we chase call her back to find they had found the log book somewhere and had completed it and send to dvla. As a gesture of goodwill will send 2 x plates out in the mean time. Issue 3Had the van for 4 months completed 7000 miles and receive a penalty for not having tax on the van in Birmingham in December. Back on the phone to Debbie department as she wont speak to us. Left messages on the Friday morning, had to chase up on the Monday to see what was happening couldnt speak to Debbie again. Chase up on Tuesday and get told we need to pay for the tax as we have the log book and then they will reuinburse is, also to send the fine and they will sort it.All done and rembusies 3 weeks afterwards no form or apologie or gesture of good will where offerd for the huge incovience. Massively disappointed with the company and wouldnt recommend them because of the hassle and stress they have caused.
Would leave less than 1 star if I could.Got a van off this company who fitted the wrong ladder and brought it without a roof rack when I needed it for work! Then within a week it got engine failure so got taken into Ford garage. Was not supplied with hire van so couldn't work! They basically fobbed us off straight away and said Arval have to deal with it and they wouldn't deal with our complaint which is appalling. The complaint is still going through with Arval 4 MONTHS on and Im not getting anywhere! Awful customer service from both parties. Will never recommend or use Ford, Arval or Low cost vans again. Funny this is they blocked me off their facebook page as I put a comment on their page advising people of my problems with them and they phoned my partner to say stop putting bad press on-line - I can have an opinion when they are in the wrong!
Delivery and customer service is appalling - promised 5 - 7 day delivery actually received the van over a month late. Promised dates were cancelled and no advanced notice from customer services.I have sent 6 emails to customer services and left numerous messages for a response but once they had received payment they just ignored my calls. Definitely will not use in the future.

Great company and very nice HONEST staff. I found this company online and out of the 4 companies they were the best by a mile thanks to Stuart L. They "Stuart" did not pressure me he always rang back when we agreed and I found that he wanted my business more than anyone and when Stuart was off his manager stepped in so I felt loyalty here. When I made my decision then Debbi Mc took over and she was very good at picking up the baton where Stuart had made the good work. Debbi was awesome all the way through just reminding me when I needed to send stuff back. I rate this company 100% so feel free to contact me and validate my top marks. Well done Stuart Debbi and the team... :-)
