It's a handy corner shop that sells everything,but a little expensive, which is natural,but a great place for emergency's.
Staff are always polite and smiling and are happy to help with any problem you have
I've visited this shop relatively regularly over the last couple of months and every time I get bad customer service. I don't mind having to wait to be served if people are busy but to not get a simple sorry to keep you waiting" ever is not good enough. The employees have been ignorant, not polite and have shown no effort to put the customers first almost every time I visit. I work as a customer assistant myself and if my boss saw me behaving like they do in this Spar I wouldn't be in a job much longer.
