Admin /reception in this place very rude and terrible they need to be trening about service and know how to be kind to the people..pass from sent a text to cancel my appointment just only 45 minutes before my appointment time and I am on my way driving. See the text in the same time I'm arriving..at last I going there not for free we paying you. That is good enough?.
Best care I've ever had from a dental practice. They are fully deserving of the five stars I have just given them.
I have a huge fear of the dentist and had not been to one for over 26yrs. I cracked a tooth and had severe toothache so I went here. I saw the two gentleman dentists who were fantastic, they put me at ease from the moment I walked into the room they explained all my options and decided the best option for me was to have my tooth out. I was so nervous going this morning with hardly no sleep last night. I shouldn't have worried they were amazing step by step explanation, went at my pase. Thank you so much to the dentist and his nurse for an outstanding experience I can finally say I no longer have a fear of the dentist, and look forward to having more work done at this dentist.
I'm petrified of the dentist & was in agony. I went to see the dentist in an emergency appointment (was there within an hour from calling) and was seen by Ian (I think) & he was absolutely fantastic! I went private and the price was very reasonableCould not recommend them enough!
Not happy had a refill on my front tooth and looked great on leaving only to fall out the following day. My issue is not that it was defective my issue is I have been trying to get another appointment since Monday. The phone is just ringing now three days on, I had to ring the freephone number to complain. Basically she got the same non reply so now I have to wait in the hope that their response on emails is any better. This was never the case when it was Garden side they were much more responsive than this.
