Worst surgery and staff known to man! How Doctor Bowen still has a job there is a miracle! They must be desperate for staff!
Was told there was no appointments and told to phone at 12.30 since I had the day off work, and got an appointment to be rudly told by Dr Bowen that the appointments were for emergencies only and I shouldn't be here so she gave me numbers to call to resolve my issue, only to get home to phone the numbers for Taffy's barbers to answer.. total joke. Rude and a waste of time and very lucky to finally be switching doctors! If you were looking to register here, I wouldn't bother

The call time( 80 after 8.30) was ok considering its a Monday and there are still loads of people with cough colds and flu like bugs. The call handler was good in that she gave an appointment for just over an hours time for my husband who the 111 service palmed off yesterday . For relief alone a 4 star rating!
If your lucky enough to get an appointment after ringing 1000 times, be assured that your appointment time is a lie and you'll be lucky to see the a doctor within an hour of the original given time frame! Also receptionists think their God. They will take every opportunity they can to get as much personal information off you, and then proceed to embarrass you infront of a whole waiting room full of people. Absolutely disgusting they way they treat people here!!
