Clean, conveniently located for shops, some of the automatic doors aren't working at the moment, bit inconvenient if you have a lot of shopping and top level is free after 3:00pm. Payment machines take cards too.

I feel that the council are discriminating against disabled people who do not use the mobility service,On the ground floor top end of car park used to be any disabled badge could park there but now it is reserved just for mobility shop users my argument is if they need to use this service and having a wheelchair it's an able bodied person that has to fetch and push that chair so I cases like this why can't they use the other disabled bays at the other end of the car park because if the disabled person is using a wheelchair and no need for them to walk,Take my case I suffer dilated cardiomyopathy and lung problems using oxygen I can manage short distances e.g. Original disabled spaces to wilko and that's it if I had to walk the length of the car park that's me finished gasping for breath and feeling washed out so shopping in wilko is a no no, You going to say there is parking in normal spaces near the exit ,parking outside wilko 1hr, on road parking, Unless you are in town before 8-15pm these spaces are 99% full. Yes there are disabled on other floors but I have a fear of lifts and the stairs a definite no, you say that you are improving neath but for the disabled who don't use shop mobility no
