I've been using the repeat prescription service for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and cheerful and happy to help. I'm only stopping the service because I'm moving away, if it was possible I would keep using it
"Lovely receptionist" working here helpful and does not judge people by labels,my daughter and granddaughter are patients here. here a good practice with non judgemental receptionist .
Poor customer service. Extremely long waiting times . Even after being told to come back after an hour had to wait another 30 mins .
