First time using HRT, with a rented property, Vicky and Lewis were very helpful. Had a few teething problems with the property on the first day but all were resolved within a matter of hours.

As a full time working mum who is privately renting due to a divorce .... I have to say from the moment I got in touch with Herbert R Thomas Neath branch their professionalism was the first thing I noticed. From the moment I booked the viewing, then viewing the house with Lewis which was done with no rush which made a big difference, then absolutely loving the home I was shown around which led onto me successfully having it & signing for it. Anything that I needed e.g. adjusting my moving in date to earlier than agreed was no problem for them. In the past unfortunately I've had bad experiences with privately renting but I feel so assured and happy due to the wonderful staff in the Neath branch. I've now moved in and everything has been done to make sure it all went smoothly.
