*AVOID*. If you have somewhere to be and you HAVE to get there, DO NOT use this firm. When I rang about the whereabouts of my Taxi I was informed that I wasn't even on the system, despite me pre booking it.
Rang the taxi firm around 9am to book a fair for 10:15, to catch a train at 10:40, it only takes 10 minutes to get from my house to the station, so thought I'd give some leeway. Lady was really nice on the phone, no problem, took my details, all booked. 10:20 comes, no sign of a taxi. So I rang them to find out where the taxi is, she didn't know where it was, but the driver had accepted the call. She then sends another one. 5 minutes later, I have a text message confirming my booked taxi that will arrive at 10:45, 30 minutes after my original booking. Obviously I missed my train and felt that I didn't want to pay this firm for a service that they couldn't deliver. I eventually cancelled the taxi, and won't be Neath Taxis from now. Not reliable.
Booked a taxi last night from Neath to Swansea. Waited for about 15 minutes so called the company. She said, your taxi has already picked people up...oh he must have taken the wrong people. When I asked what she could do about it, she said nothing, I don't have any more taxis. Great service!
Dave was on time and friendly. Cab was clean and tidy. Will definitely use again, thanks .
***Avoid*** Booked this taxi 2 days in advance but never turned up. Called the firm several times to be told "He's on his way" When he hadn't turned up 20 minutes later, I was told "He told me he was on his way, I can't get hold of him now. What do you want me to do?" I told him he needed to arrange to get us home as we had agreed and he said to call back when I could talk to him "tidy" and hung up. Why would you ever book this firm?
