Always busy and a rarely completely honest place. However there are communication issues as Facebook, their website and signs all have different opening times. I'd urge correcting this to avoid confusion and losing customers.
If there was a 0 star option. We would definitely choose that!! WORST garage we have ever dealt with.Husband broke down and AA toke his van to the nearest garage which was Mikes Motors.. Had the van back less than an hour and the problem arose again. The van was returned to the garage only to be told that something else was the problem which was not looked at originally (which when seeking second opinion should of been the obvious thing to check out originally). Ended up paying more than DOUBLE of what we were quoted. Work was carried out without a phone call to say there will be extra charges or what the problem was. No communication whatsoever from the garage. And when we phoned up several times for updates on the phone, we were approached by the rudest woman we have ever come across, verbally aggressive and totally unprofessional. She needs to be booked onto a customer care course pronto!! as you would never ever get away with speaking to customers the way we were spoken too by this garage - a obvious family business. We would never ever recommend this garage to anyone! Be prepared to be ripped off, and bullied!!

Extremely satisfied with the service, I have found them 100% reliable and would happily recommend. They never carry out work unless they ring first for the decision whether or not to go ahead with the work. I have always found them helpful, professional and friendly. They have always gone out of their way to fix issues and have never let me down.
We had work done on our car last month and was ripped off by the rude women behind the desk that think she knows what shes talking about when tried telling me why my invoice was 300 more than I was quoted !! When I confronted them I was bullied and was told to leave with my car worst than when it went in the place. Was warned about this place before but never listened but with I did. If you wont to pay more than quoted and wont your car to come out worst than when it went in please use this place
