This holiday Inn express located in Swansea is just a gem. Really good customer service and care from them. Made a special breakfast to my deity and allergys. Rooms are really nice too. Such a comfy bed and nice decoration. Only 15mins distance from the town centre and parking available on site. Highly recommend any one visiting Swansea.

Rooms clean and good size. Staff very friendly. The star missing is I would like a little bit more variety on breakfast (maybe some cheeses or grilled tomato or mushrooms).
A great friendly hotel.We all agreed that we had not stayed in a friendlier place anywhere in the world.Smiles all the time from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going back again.
