Absolutely beautiful views. Such an underrated park. Lovely lake, great visitors centre and cafe, parking onsite, kids park, interesting historical ruins....it's got it all. And of course the parkrun on Saturday mornings. You've got to go here!!!!
Great park near the town centre of Neath. Parking available and is currently 2.50. It has a great play area for young kids and a cafe is on site for drinks, snacks and ice-cream. The park isn't too big so you can walk around it all within an hour. A large lake is centered in the park which has ducks and Swans. Well worth a visit.
A beautiful place to walk. Wonderful children's playgrounds, one of which has amazing facikities for disable children. The tearoom leaves a little to be desired. Not very friendly service. Maybe an off-day?
Love coming here for long walks with my family, at the moment there are loads of squirrels which are fascinating to watch, there are 2 lovely playgrounds for children the wooden one seems to be more for older children and the one near the cafe for younger and disabled children. The parking charge is a bit much there's not really an option if you just want a quick walk in nature. The cafe could put on some vegan options as again I just ended up eating chips. Lovely park though and they always seem to have something going on there :)
Beautiful parks, woods, ponds and cascades. Excellent parks for children of all ages. Wonderful historical site and gardens. There really is something for everyone here. Great parking and Wheel chair accessibility too. Fab day out.
